The General Manager of Gregg Protection Services (a business unit of Constellis) where I provide operational oversight and international training coordination in support of federal contracts and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). I work with the Government to support the combined development, conduct, and evaluation of nuclear and WMD non proliferation security training courses, strategy, systems, infrastructure and sustainment activities. I provide international on-site training surveys and the development of training plans to be executed over the lifetime of the contract program. Provide the daily administrative and coordination oversight to multiple government contracts and the personnel supporting the contracts performed by GPS while ensuring deliverables to the customer within budget and on time. Create, tailor, review and catalogue current nuclear security training curriculum, capabilities, and identify areas for improvement which can include site/facility security, transportation security, guard and emergency response forces, systems and sustainment applicable for effective execution of critical mission requirement. Coordinate for reachback capabilities that include technical subject matter experts (SMEs) and experienced instructional designers educated and/or certified in instructional design and development methodologies. Support common course design tailored to appropriate target audiences, which can include methodologies for creating plans, evaluations, and establishing terminal and enabling learning objectives. Responsible for scheduling of training events with SME and support, the collection of data to establish benchmarks and enhance training, while assisting with the development of additional deliverables.
