As an Account Manager for SHI I strive to help others find Strategic Solutions for their IT needs.Growing up, I always gravitated towards technology and as I found my way through this life I realized that my passions were elsewhere. When entering the workforce I began in the restaurant industry and found myself working for Chili\'s for 8.5 years. The restaurant industry gave me the space to develop my communication skills, learn how to build professional relationships, achieve exceptional customer service experiences, multi-task, work to solve problems on-the-fly, and provide experiences that were tailored to each individual guest\'s needs.After spending nearly a decade with Chili\'s, I decided I needed a change in my career and began working for GD4 Test Services. Reinvigorating the love I have had for tech through my life, but not providing the face to face customer service and customer interaction that I was missing from the service industry.I was reached out with the opportunity to work with SHI and found the sweet spot to combine two things that bring me happiness in this life:1. Helping others achieve their goals2. Getting the opportunity to continue learning about technologyNow, as an Account Manager with SHI I work with my customers to provide Strategic Solutions for their IT needs. While providing insightful, vendor neutral recommendations to my customers, I am also able to develop personal and professional relationships that allow for me to continue to connect with those around me.
