Review and combine cost and progress reports from contractors incorporating the most up-to-date change management information to produce weekly and ad-hoc reports. • Create and keep a database easy to mine to support the CMT with project controls reports and analysis: Cost, progress, Earned Value, performance, change management, project completion data and resources modelling. • Prepare the by-weekly forecast report for discussion with the SMT benchmarking the contractor’s performance against the control budget (Class 2 Estimate) showing potential trends, risks, and cost impacts. • Change management: Compile estimates and actual cost for NCRs, DCNs & scope transfer to support CMT in preparing back charges packages to vendors and gather information to request budget shifts. • Develop and maintain the construction performance tools grouped by discipline to monitor the execution of the scope of work, show potential trends and run what-is scenarios (Modelling). • Consolidate Smart Completion reports (Large Datasets) to produce trackers/dashboards to communicate construction complete & final walkdown dates, turnover & completion certificate dates, and ITRs status. • Work with project controls lead to standardize reporting templates to communicate cost, progress, performance, change management and forecasting information with the SMT and CMT. • Worked with Pre-commissioning developing tracking tools for scheduling, document turnover and completions.
