I’m an engineering operations leader with over two decades of experience advancing infrastructure modernization, organizational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL).In my current role as Engineering Directorate Operations Manager, I lead multidisciplinary teams that plan and deliver complex infrastructure projects, strengthen emergency preparedness, and enhance mission readiness across LLNL’s technical facilities. I enjoy bringing structure to complexity — aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver results that support the Laboratory’s scientific and national security missions.Over the years, I’ve led initiatives that recovered and reconfigured thousands of square feet of laboratory space, co-authored major facility proposals, and developed operational recovery and emergency response programs. I also take pride in developing high-performing teams — helping others grow while driving process improvements that make our work more efficient and impactful.I’m passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and leading through change. My goal is to continue building on that foundation — taking on broader leadership responsibilities where I can help shape the strategy, culture, and operational excellence that enable LLNL’s success.
