ABOUT CAROLINA A. BIERI
I am a postdoctoral fellow at NSF National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR). My research is at the intersection of atmospheric science, hydrology, and ecology. Geographically, my work focuses on various ecosystems of South America, particularly the Amazon and La Plata regions. I have used various earth system modeling frameworks in my career, including the Noah-MP land surface model, the Weather Research and Forecasting model (WRF), and the Community Earth System Model (CESM).
