The challenge every business enterprise faces today is how do get more done while spending less. Doing more with less is more than a catch phrase and all vertical markets including the public sector are vulnerable if they are to compete. Converged networks are used by virtually all market segments and there is no mystery why. Migrating voice, data and video communications to a single converged IP network makes sense given that companies spend a huge amount of their day communicating. Communicating on a single IP-enabled platform enhances employee productivity, provides a richer feature set, is a more effective customer services platform and is cost effective. Converged networks do tend to present challenges in that they are more complex to design, secure and manage and that\'s where GlobalXperts excels. The technicians and engineers at our remote network operations center (RNOC) have a deep understanding of internetworking and how data, voice and video collaboration interact within the converged network platform which includes Cisco advanced solutions. GlobalXperts RNOC is staffed with over 50 experienced engineers with multi-vendor credentials and the necessary tools to manage small, medium and large enterprise networks. GlobalXperts\' customer policy is to provide network management and technical services that are timely, credible, and reliable that exceeds customer expectations.
