Working within a multi-discipline team, primarily fulfilling a Tech Lead | Software Engineer role whilst also participating in full stack developer duties whilst assisting to champion the Agile methodology. In this relatively new Engineering community within Digital Factory, I am also assisting the L&D Lead to develop and continously improve our training paths, write budgets to ensure that we can provide courses and certifications within the community above the numerous other offerings available. On a regular basis, I have also been one of the initial points of contact for new starters to help them find their feet in the world of Capgemini Invent.
