As a CEO and co-owner, I led our staff to achieve successful business growth in northeastern Illinois and northern Minnesota and Wisconsin. ManpowerGroup acquired our business and I joined the Global Strategy and Talent team. With our operations in 80 countries, I led new knowledge and expertise initiatives that facilitated global sharing of \"local\" experience, know-how and perspectives to improve outcomes. I have led community-wide organizations, often the board chairman, for numerous not-for-profit and civic organizations and as a board member for a bank, publishing company, hospital, college and county government. I gain great satisfaction by helping people and organizations explore and develop their unique talents, skills and gifts.
