As Founder and CEO of Her Game Too, I lead a global movement committed to tackling sexism in football and promoting inclusivity at all levels of the game. Since launching in 2021, I’ve driven the campaign from concept to a globally recognised initiative, partnering with top-tier organisations and building a passionate community of advocates.Key Achievements & Responsibilities- Spearheaded the launch and marketing of our campaign, with the launch video reaching over 12 million views to date- Planned and delivered inclusive community events, including dedicated fixtures and watch parties, in partnership with sponsors- Built and maintained relationships with 80+ professional football clubs and major partners including EA Sports, the Premier League, ThreeUK, and Stonegate Group- Designed and produced all visual content, including graphics, reels, and promotional material for social media- Led the development of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) content to support education and awareness- Manage and support a global team of 170+ volunteers, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment- Created and continue to manage the organisation’s website, ensuring accessibility and user engagement- Developed a three-year strategic plan and oversee delivery against KPIs and growth targets

I am the founder of the award-winning campaign, Her Game Too, which is dedicated to tackling sexism in sport. As a passionate advocate for gender equality, I launched this initiative to bring attention to the persistent issue of sexism in football and create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender.In addition to my work with Her Game Too, I am also a dedicated Junior Editor at Wildstar Films, where I have over 12 years of experience in the media industry. I love to create engaging and impactful content that resonates with audiences.
