As a Marketing and Communications Executive, my role involves executing and implementing our company\'s marketing and communication strategies for various aspects, including corporate events, engagement strategies, internal communications, and sponsorships. I take on the responsibility of delivering and implementing marketing and communication campaigns that align with rradar\'s business objectives, products, and services. I collaborate with the broader marketing team and various departments to manage essential initiatives throughout the customer journey. My duties encompass providing marketing support for both internal and external corporate marketing and branding efforts, ensuring clear and consistent communication to support our business strategy. Additionally, I assist in the development, improvement, and creation of standard marketing materials like packages, brochures, and presentations. I play a part in writing and preparing various marketing collateral, such as brochures, merchandise, internal and external newsletters, and corporate presentations. Furthermore, I engage with and support internal teams across the company in their marketing and communication requirements. I also contribute by generating technical and corporate content for dissemination through sector media, events, newsletters, and digital channels. One crucial aspect of my role is managing rradar\'s intranet, which serves as a primary communication channel for enhancing engagement. I collaborate with different business areas to create and curate content for the intranet site. I work closely with business leaders and key functions to plan and execute internal communication activities, ensuring that the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time. Lastly, I have the responsibility of organizing events and coordinating event logistics, leveraging local resources to make these events successful.
