ABOUT CAYLA HOLMES
I am a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. I am a passionate people person and believe that these skills will assist me. I have had internship experience in inventory, sourcing, and manufacturing as well as professional development and leadership training. I completed my Manufacturing Leadership Program at Owens Corning in Irving, Texas in 2020. After my program, I spent a year running the laminate line operation in the Medina plant. During my undergraduate career, I was a Freshman Resident Assistant and a Career Envoy for the College of Engineering. I was also a member of Engineering Ambassadors, an organization designed to provide outreach to the surrounding areas of Penn State as well as lead tours for prospective students.
