With over 27 years of experience in the testing, inspection, and certification industry, I am the Director of Signature Solutions at UL Solutions, a global leader in safety science. I lead a team of engineers and experts who deliver customized and innovative solutions for industrial clients across various sectors, such as energy, industrial, hazardous locations, and built environment. I am also responsible for managing and growing key global and strategic accounts, developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Some of the skills that I have acquired and applied in my current and previous roles at UL include process improvement, team leadership, cross-functional team leadership, and project management. I have also completed the Global Leader Program at UL and the UL MIT Technical and Operations Leaders Program at MIT Sloan School of Management, which have enhanced my leadership, technical, and operational skills.
