After graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law, Cayden joined Husch Blackwell’s corporate, mergers and acquisition, and securities group. Cayden focuses her legal practice on a variety of complex business transactions and corporate matters. She advises clients through all phases of the business lifecycle including formation, corporate governance, raising capital, and executing strategic mergers and acquisitions. Prior to attending law school, Cayden obtained a bachelors degree in business marketing from the University of Missouri. Between undergrad and law school, she worked for several large corporations. This experience gave her the ability to solve complex business problems and truly understand why certain business decisions are made.
