I currently serve as a Partner at VILKI & Co, Chartered Accountants, and as the Founding Partner of VILKI Global LLC, where my work focuses on strengthening audit quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency for accounting firms and clients across jurisdictions.Previously, at Pipara & Co LLP, I leveraged my experience as an Assurance Manager to help transition traditional audit methodologies into structured, software-driven frameworks. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I contributed to the development and implementation of key audit policies, including while managing statutory audits conducted in accordance with PCAOB standards. My responsibilities also included oversight of SOX 404 internal control testing and review of SEC filings to ensure compliance with US GAAP.I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 2024 and hold a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SVNIT, Surat. These qualifications, combined with my experience at DMS & Vilki Associates, have shaped a practical, process-oriented approach to financial reporting, audit quality, and compliance.Driven by a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, I work towards building scalable audit and accounting solutions that enhance reliability, transparency, and efficiency in financial reporting.
