Support in preparation of business plan with function Co-ordinate with function for relevant inputs for rolling forecast Perform a sanity check and validate the forecasted financials against past performance/norms and targets set by Management Support in monthly book closure activity Analyse and compare the cost budget/last year and prepare detailed monthly MIS decks for various stakeholders. Support functions for timely resolution of operational issues and for cost control initiatives Highlighting the issues (Transporter recovery, import debit balances) to the function and resolution on them Support in PT Vendor reconciliation Support in stabilization of MSME Consolidation processes, control over GRIR and timely resolution of operational issues Strengthen internal audit systems and financial processes delivering effective risk management Monthly updation of internal audit tracker and ensuring Liquidation of old/defective stock as advised by management implementation of proposed actions with support from functions Timely updation of Risk register Proactive response to audit report and updation of IFC/DOA. Monthly MIS Analyse and review financial statements and prepare detailed periodical reports and monthly MIS decks for various stakeholders. Prepare and present the monthly financial performance to the top management
