Manage an independent, high-volume caseload of commercial and civil disputes, including debt recovery, estate and insolvency-related matters, progressing cases from pre-action through to enforcement and resolution. Advise on more complex litigation matters, providing commercially focused guidance on litigation strategy, settlement, enforcement and liaising effectively with clients. • Draft substantive pleadings and applications including Part 7 and Part 8 claims (orders for sale), applications for summary judgment, relief from sanctions, amendments, extensions of time, setting aside judgment, lifting the stay, service out of jurisdiction, consent orders and tomlin orders.• Handle Small Claims Track and Fast Track matters end-to-end including dealing with directions questionnaires, disclosure, witness evidence, pre-trial checklists, trial bundles, instructing counsel and preparing N260 statements of costs.• Handle enforcement matters including charging orders, drafting and securing voluntary charges, orders for sale, winding-up petitions and bankruptcy petitions.• Conduct negotiations, without prejudice discussions and mediations, achieving early resolutions and cost-effective outcomes for clients.• Support Multi-Track litigation with disclosure, cost budgeting, legal research, and trial preparation.• Consistently exceed billing expectations and delivered commercial outcomes for clients.
