I lead classes for smart, engaged IBMers to share new ideas, raise awareness and guide insightful discussions to help them prepare for executive and management careers and to help develop cultures in their organizations that reflect IBM\'s values. My experience in sales, marketing and management gives me insight into the challenges our new leaders are facing. My sales experience, including recognition as a top 1% seller (IBM Golden Circle) has given me curiosity and compassion for the challenges facing both our clients and our sellers. My years in marketing, where I earned the Marketing Innovation award, have helped me enhance my communications and consulting skills. Through my years as a manager and IBM certified coach, and now as leadership facilitator, I get to practice my passion for helping employees grow and develop their potential.
