   As a Senior NG911 Solutions Architect I work directly with counties, PSAPs, and state partners to plan, sell, design, and implement Next Generation 9-1-1 solutions that work in the real world. My role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, operations, and procurement, helping agencies move forward in a way that makes technical, operational, and financial sense.I’m hands-on in developing and presenting NG911 solutions, from early conversations and budget planning through architecture design and deployment. This includes call handling platforms, ESInet integration, SIP and PSTN transitions, redundancy and survivability planning, and continuity of operations.On the sales side, I own and support opportunities from first discussion through contract execution. I help agencies navigate pricing models, cooperative and state contracts, sole-source justifications, and funding constraints, and I work closely with internal teams, partners, and legal stakeholders to close agreements and move projects into execution.I spend much of my time working directly with 911 directors, dispatch leadership, county administrators, carriers, and technology partners, translating complex technical and commercial details into clear, practical decisions. I stay involved well beyond the sale, supporting planning, quoting, installation, cutover, testing, training, and long-term operations.At the core of my role is building trust. I focus on delivering resilient NG911 solutions, reducing risk for the agencies I support, and ensuring systems are sustainable long after go-live.
