Strategic Developing new partnerships locally, nationally and internationally.Working with the Artistic Director to agree and develop strategy and plans for all areas of the company’s activity.Creation and delivery of 5 year business plan, associated policy and plans.Leading the team on project development, including areas of investment, improvement, partnership and international links. Advocacy An ambassador for the company, in local, national and international arts arenas.Managing the relationship with key funders and stakeholders. Fundraising Delivery of the fundraising programme for the company.Capitalising on the company Charitable status, particularly in respect of trusts and foundations. Implementing innovative approaches to fundraising for the company, including new opportunities such as sponsorship and individual giving. HRSupporting team to work effectively through regular 1-1 meetings and training/development. Finance Responsibity for overall financial management of the company, including setting company wide budgets, producing management accounts and the day to day finances.Ensuring that financial protocols are understood and adhered to across the team. Working closely with the company accountants to prepare annual charity accounts and report to OSCR timeously.Prepare financial reports for the Board as well as ensuring regular meetings with budget holders across the team.Governance Ensuring that the Company conforms to all legal and statutory requirements. Preparing Board Agenda and ensure all board documents are shared in good time.Programme Oversee the whole of the programme with specific responsibility for logistics including:Negotiating co-production agreements;Support visa applications and manage Certificate of Sponsorships; Evaluation and measuring against set outcomes; Supporting negotiations process and issue artists’, venue contracts; Ensuring appropriate resources and teams are in place across the programme;
