I am currently a Partner and the Head of Immigration at Collyer Bristow LLP, specialising in UK immigration law for companies, families and individuals. I am a recommended immigration practitioner in the 2022 Edition of the Legal 500 and the 2025 Edition of the Spear\'s 500. My work involves acting for companies wanting to transfer skilled employees and senior staff to the UK, as well as advice and assistance for international entrepreneurs, investors and family offices. My immigration practice consistently involves advice and assistance in regards to the following visa categories: Global Talent, Innovator Founder, Global Business Mobility, Commonwealth Ancestry, Scale Up, Spousal visa and applications for UK naturalisation. In regard to Skilled Worker visas, I frequently act for Companies wanting to obtain a Sponsor Licence and bring skilled staff into the UK, either through the Skilled Worker Visa route or the Senior / Specialist Worker Visa route.In addition to the above, a significant amount of my time is spent advising already established overseas companies on opening operations in the UK using the UK Expansion Worker Visa.
