Established new process for flights with respect to safety that improved efficiency by 50% for SPEs. • Developed an implemented safety hazard analysis on systems, payloads, and cargo flown to the International Space Station through verification methods such as testing, analysis, inspections, or demonstrations • Developed strategic approaches utilizing time management efficiently to coordinate the approval of items with multiple subject matter experts • Facilitated and lead safety meetings to develop strategies that ensured compliance with NASA safety requirement documents SSP 30599 and SSP 51721 and provided disposition in support of the official safety documentation • Ensured compliance with safety for all items flying to station for both US and Russian flights • Certified NASA Safety Panel Engineer by the ISS Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate
