In a world defined by perpetual change and a yearning for steadiness, my unwavering focus remains on steering that change for the better. With nearly 17 years of diverse experience, I have established myself as a ‘Change for Better’ Catalyst through various roles in Facilitation, Leadership Development, Coaching, Self Management and Talent Management. Over these years, I\'ve built expertise in guiding leaders and individuals towards purposeful shifts in their ‘HI’ (human interactions), fostering exponentially better \'H2HE\'(human-to-human experiences). This impact extends seamlessly across both personal and professional fronts, creating a lasting impression. My strength is translating emotional and behavioural changes into practical, everyday practises. My education at Indian School of Business and my experience as facilitator has allowed me to connect with leaders and culture influencers in a purposeful and meaningful way. I often take a data-driven approach, using assessments and surveys to understand current culture. My focus during my interaction with various leaders is to co-create a roadmap for improving employee experience and institutionalising practices that amplify a High-Trust High-Performance Culture. I have designed and delivered leadership programs for a wide range of needs. These include programs on Action Planning for Culture Building, Crafting Great People Managers, Effective Performance Conversations, Leading with Wellness at Workplace, Manager as a Coach, Leadership and Gita and more. I have extensive experience across Automotive, Insurance, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Beverages and Pharmaceuticals sectors; with companies such as Siemens, ICICI Lombard, Diageo, Titan, Synchrony, CK Birla Group, NTPC, JSW, Marks & Spencers, TVS Motors, Xiaomi, Runway, Sheela Foam, Starbucks, Welspun and the likes.
