   The Boeing Company is a leading global aerospace company that develops, manufactures, and services commercial airplanes, defense products, and space systems. In the Senior Manager role, I lead a team of 50 architects, engineers, CAD technicians, environmental/utility \"focals\", and contract labor to connect the strategic with the tactical. Together, we provide \"owner\" engineering and environmental services in alignment with business partner needs by supporting fabrication, testing, assembly, and other operations. We support critical facilities and infrastructure that make up Boeing’s campuses in southern Washington, which include several campuses, just shy of 200 buildings, highly specialized equipment, and billions ($) in assets. This is accomplished by fostering a positive, engaged team culture while driving system performance, sustainability, continuous improvement, and reliability.
