   As Deputy Director of the Idaho Conservation League, I lead the Development and External Relations teams in strengthening the organization’s long-term sustainability and public voice. My work spans fundraising strategy, donor relations, communications, and organization-wide alignment—ensuring that ICL can continue protecting Idaho’s lands, waters, wildlife, and communities for generations to come.My approach blends system-level strategy with field-driven storytelling: grounding big conservation priorities in the lived experience of Idaho communities. I’m especially focused on building strong internal structures, improving donor data systems, and developing messaging that is honest, service-oriented, and rooted in trust.I believe conservation work is ultimately about dignity, connection, and care—protecting the places that define who we are, and helping people see themselves as part of something worth fighting for.
