I\'ve got over 10 years of experience writing professionally, with the bulk of that being in writing UX copy. I live to untangle complicated user flows, distill complex information into simple, human language, and co-design delightful experiences with my design partners and product pals. I\'ve also grown to love working in operations for content and design teams - helping unblock barriers, creating and maintaining design rituals, finding opportunities to bring teams together for learning and engagement activities, and more.
