In a world where employee engagement and employer branding are more important than ever, I specialize in making workplaces extraordinary.With over 10 years of experience in the Tech industry, I’ve grown through roles in employer branding, internal communications, and HR leadership. From managing cross-functional teams to designing innovative branding strategies, my journey has taken me across global markets, where I’ve led initiatives that increased employee engagement and positioned companies as employers of choice. Highlights include leading Dodo Engineering to a Top-5 Tech employer brand in our domestic market and Top-5 after the first year in the new market in Kazakhstan. As a consultant, I now help businesses across various regions — from Europe to LATAM — create authentic, community-centered employer branding and communications strategies that align with their business goals.Transparency, collaboration and excellence guide me through every project. I prioritize clear and open communication, adapt to change, and always look for ways to create real value for people and businesses.
