I am an AI Compliance Officer at Avaya since Jan 2024, and a 2023 Harvard University PhD graduate in Philosophy. I am passionate about technology and ethics, and passing on the critical thinking skills most commonly developed in academic settings to the industry world I am now a part of.My dissertation was titled \'Debugging the Digital Self,\' and considers the ways in which the Digital Lifeworld, including its increasingly automated nature, impacts who, and what we are. In addition to this research role, while at Harvard I undertook many innovative teaching positions. For example, helping with the development of Harvard University\'s \'Embedded EthiCS program,\' by designing and delivering many of its \'ethics modules\' to computer science classes, and later, in my role as \'Ethics Pedagogy Fellow,\' at the Edmund & Lily Safra Center for Ethics, creating detailed reports on our most commonly used tools and approaches, and using those to further assess the scalability of the program, both to other institutions and to research topics beyond Computer Science. I was also fortunate enough to develop the \'Philosophy of Technology\' course at the Harvard Kennedy School alongside Prof. Matthias Risse. The course was dynamic in terms of topics, readings and students. I am proud to say that the once-optional supplementary student tutorials are now mandatory in its most recent iterations, due to the enormously positive feedback from students who took them with me.In addition to the enormous achievement of completing a PhD(!) I have been invited to guest lecture at Harvard University\'s \'Advanced Leadership Initiative,\' during their deep dive on technology and justice. I have received multiple Derek Bok Awards for Excellence in Teaching at Harvard University. My masters thesis from the University of Edinburgh was awarded the \"Highly Commended Dissertation Prize,\" and finally, I produced, managed and performed in 4- and 5-star Edinburgh Comedy Festival shows, earning record-breaking profit for the Edinburgh Revue (Edinburgh University Comedy Society).
