Managing the development and delivery of ambitious new international work with high profile and experienced artists. I produce unique projects for Manchester’s new flagship venue Aviva Studios, from our largest scale works to local participatory projects.Recent projects include \'Hamlet Hail To The Thief\', a ground-breaking new work from lead artists Thom Yorke, Radiohead, Steven Hoggett and Christine Jones, and co-produced by FI and Royal Shakespeare Company alongside a number of international commercial stake holders. I acted as Lead Producer for this project from R&D, managed the large-scale budget, a complex network of international stakeholders, oversight of creative development and artist management, implementing PR and marketing strategies, managing a team of over 100, bespoke build of a capacity venue at Aviva Studios, and evaluation, archiving, and data-analysis to ready the project for it\'s future life.
