ABOUT CATRYNA JACKSON

My passion for chemistry and sustainability began on our small farm with my grandfather carefully teaching this very curious and over-helpful 10year old the difference between distillation and fermentation. During this same time, my grandmother made sure that I had a healthy appreciation of local foods, herbs, and wildlife that could be found in the forests surrounding our property. I treasure these memories for helping me appreciate the natural resource gifts always around me. However, it was also a time that taught me the importance of relationships, how to think critically, and of resilience. These are skills that have not only shaped my career but my life. Growing up on a farm meant that you gained a strong work ethic by the daily sweat of your brow. You learned to not only work hard but also appreciate the goals and problems you helped solve through your shared camaraderie. In my current role as Global EHS & Sustainability Product & Solutions Advisor, I shape product vision, influence multi-year roadmaps, and advise executives on how to operationalize ESG, climate risk, and environmental compliance through technology. My work has directly contributed to ARR growth, improved customer retention, and elevated analyst market positioning.I specialize in translating emerging global regulations, including CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, CBAM, EPA, and EcoVadis, into practical, defensible systems that scale across industries and geographies. I am known for bridging policy, product, and people: aligning engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success around solutions that customers will actually adopt.Areas of Expertise:Product Management - Creative Problem Solving - Pollution Prevention - Hazardous Material Management and Minimization - Sustainable Supply Chain Solutions - Environmental Science - Safety - EHS- Strategic Initiatives - Climate Policy - Technical Sales - Business Strategy - Digitization Transition - SaaS Solutions Architecture - Sustainability - ESG Framework and Reporting Strategy
