As a Director at Stantec, I focus on the continual successful growth of the company. By being ahead of the curve about market changes and needs, we develop and align the services that we offer to ensure that our clients are equipped to adapt to the challenges of protecting and advancing the built environment. Before joining the world of engineering consultancy, I built a career working in professional services offering strategic insight and operational advice to companies and organisations across both the private and public sectors. Projects have ranged from business planning, financing, commercialisation, market analysis, sales and marketing strategy and implementation, systems design and roll out, budgeting, and relationship management. In addition I have led and managed diverse teams across geographies developing and driving high performing individuals and a positive team dynamic.
