Day to day management of accounts payable team· Review weekly payment run files ensuring they are valid & within forecast.· Conduct 1to1’s & performance development.· Liaise with stakeholders & external stakeholders ensuring strong relationships are built & maintained· Assist with audit requirements· Oversee expenses tool (Concur) & policy· Monitor KPI’s and review performance against set KPI’s· Review processes & recommend improvements & opportunities to streamline.· Liaise with external stakeholders to resolve accounts queries.· Check all key supplier statements and make sure all invoices processed for each month end · Support cashflow forecasting.· Ensuring all payments mee financial control standards· Review reporting of financial data, perform root cause analysis and liaise internally with the business where necessary· Work in collaboration with other teams and our wider finance function to ensure we are operating within policies & procedures, and any external regulations.
