One of Austin’s largest non-profit organizations with approximately 175 employees. CTFB’s mission is to nourish hungry people and lead the community in the fight against hunger. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, my scope of responsibility was everything “People” from driving culture change, creating corporate values, change management, developing training plans, creating a compensation structure and leading organizational strategy. In addition, I led the design and execution of the Food Bank’s internal DEI strategy to include workshops, book clubs, fireside chats, micro-learnings and general discussions regarding our role in serving our clients and each other. Most recently, I led the organizational development of the strategic plan and continue to lead all efforts through implementation including growth within our 21 county service area. During the Pandemic, I designed an employee forward pandemic policy and culture change to support a hybrid workforce.
