When I was trying to get out of higher ed, I bought a course.And it was f*ing garbage. The more folks I talked to, the more I realized that video vaults and content dumps were the norm. When people think something is the norm, its\' what they come to expect. Well, that\'s BS. And it\'s not good enough. It\'s possible to design good learning experiences like you actually care about the outcomes of the person experiencing it. Looking back, I\'ve loved teaching teachers to teach. Now I just do it in a different industry. Before I left the last full time teaching gig, someone sent me a farewell that led me to founding this company:\"You are the reason that I am able to teach online without becoming a stressed out basket case. I have learned so much from you about the tech side of teaching-thank you, thank you for making my life easier and my teaching better. I will miss you, but I will continue watching your videos and reviewing my notes from our sessions.\"And that is what you get from me when we work together.
