From the beginning of my career managing three dozen construction workers after Hurricane Ivan in 2004 in coordinated efforts with US Army Corps of Engineers to then managing deadlines and key performance indicators to a dozen high level sales and marketing executives at Texas’ leading news organization; As of most recently tasked with training and leading two dozen customer success representatives into 2019 at a growing software company in San Diego. In this fast changing economy, every day won’t be the same. You’ll need someone who can learn quickly, strategize efficiently, communicate, and execute effectively on your behalf. Someone that can adapt to the situation on the fly. As an entrepreneur I understand how costly idol hands can be in making an organization successful.
