During that time, he was a driving force in finding innovative solutions that produced efficiencies, but also increased the overall satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders. He developed and deployed Lean and Six Sigma initiatives globally for two major manufacturing entities and closed major financial gaps between Hospitals and Healthcare Insurers.
