A well rounded IT professional, I have played a part in almost every major function in the IT community. Holding 6 different positions in the world of IT, 4 within a fortune 500 company, my 360 degree view of the expansive digital world is comprehensive. Starting with positions in Technical Support, I have been given the opportunity to start at the bottom, and listen to exactly what an end user needs. Then working with those users, determine the best course of action to resolve their issues.From there I was able to move into Digital Release Management, and this role has given me access to observe and work first hand with large teams of people, along with the ability to oversee many facets of digital development and lead them to successful production releases.Along with those roles, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelors in Network Administration, and positions in Open System Enterprise Storage, Development Environment Management and Infrastructure Support has given me the hands on knowledge needed to keep up with the changing digital world. I pick up new skills quickly, and with my easy going, and humorous nature, I am compatible with anyone on the team. I ask questions without hesitation, and am not afraid to look silly learning in full view. With all those traits, I also take pride in my ability to teach others, comprehensively, with clear explanation.Besides the corporate world, I am active in desktop computing, often being an asset to many individuals in troubleshooting, purchasing, and upgrading computer systems.When I am not glued to a digital device, you can find me in the mountains, hiking and biking, or kayaking on any open body of water.Specialties: digital troubleshooting, environment management, release management, network administration and infrastructure, development operations
