ABOUT CATLYN DONG
Hello! I\'m a senior at Francis Lewis High School, and an incoming freshman at Cornell University. I am heavily involved with law and politics through my experience and work in Moot Court, where I served as a lead attorney and competed in over five competitions throughout high school, including the Spring 2024 Moot Court Competition at Proskauer Rose LLP, where I won 1st place. Additionally, I worked in Student Government, serving as a member for around 2 years, where I worked in Civic Engagement week as a speaker and assisted in school-wide events. In terms of academics, I am heavily interested in subjects of law and research. Currently, I partake in the AP Capstone program and take a variety of courses, including AP Lang, AP Psychology, and more. I furthered my knowledge of the law by entering competitive programs, including the High School Law Institute at Columbia University and the SDNY Justice for All Summer Law Institute. Eager to learn, grow, and collaborate, I\'m actively seeking opportunities to improve my skills and connect with legal professionals to explore mentorship, internships, and other program opportunities.
