I work with mission driven social sector nonprofits to promote ease of data collection through technology and improve business practices. It is impossible to report on activities and impacts to stakeholders and funders if data collection and organization are not both robust and easy to utilize in the process of doing the day-to-day operational work. I translate data technology to nontechnical users, train Salesforce admins and \"accidental admins,\" and partner with organizations to develop healthy business practices around their data technology.My focus is on organizations in education, healthcare, affordable housing, and LGBTQIA+ community sectors.
