ABOUT CAT LAZAROFF
In 2020, I took the leap to embrace my passion for building an anti-racist society. After nearly 20 years leading organizational transitions, culture shifts, and crisis communications for nonprofits, companies, foundations, and government organizations, I volunteered to get laid off from my last employer, and started building a consultancy focused on the nitty gritty work of identifying and dismantling the barriers that hold organizations back from real change. Today, Cat Lazaroff LLC advises mission-driven organizations and companies to support their growth as diverse, equitable, inclusive, just, and sustainable members of an anti-racist society.
