As a key contributor to both graduate and undergraduate programs, I lead strategic initiatives that shape transformative academic experiences and strengthen the connection between the College of Business and the broader community. Key responsibilities include: Leading graduate program course scheduling (including the MBA) to ensure thoughtful sequencing and efficient resource use. Managing faculty onboarding to support strong instructional starts and integration into the college community. Building and maintaining curricular partnerships across undergraduate and graduate programs — both internally and with external academic and industry collaborators — to foster innovation and interdisciplinary learning. Partnering with faculty to drive curriculum innovation, with a focus on relevance, adaptability, and real-world application. Designing and scaling signature student experiences across graduate programs, including experiential immersion courses that blend academic rigor with hands-on, community-connected learning. Supporting undergraduate strategic priorities, particularly in cross-program alignment and initiatives that elevate the student experience. Overseeing the MBA Advisory Council, cultivating relationships with alumni and business leaders to inform program direction and deepen engagement. Creating pathways to connect community members and industry partners to the College, strengthening networks that support student development, collaborative problem-solving, and long-term impact.
