I build confident, capable sales professionals and I make it fun.Whether it\'s developing onboarding programs, coaching reps through their first cold calls, or designing scalable training content, I create systems that turn potential into performance and energy into results.Currently, I lead Inside Sales at CyKor, where I’ve reimagined our training and development approach, built our intern program from scratch, and helped launch new reps into careers they never thought possible. I was honored to be named \"Manager of the Year\"but for me, the real win is watching someone grow from unsure to unstoppable.Sales has always been the core of what I do - even when my title didn’t say so. From hospitality to telecom, SaaS to federal IT, I’ve spent my career driving growth, solving problems creatively, and challenging “how it’s always been done.” My superpower? Connecting quickly, building trust fast, and turning conversations into movement.When I’m not building sales talent, I’m chasing adventures: traveling, photographing the journey, eating everything (but not a foodie), saving animals, and soaking up East Coast waterfront life in Annapolis, Maryland….concerts, salty air, and all.
