About Cati Beth Ridgeway

Senior at Clemson University pursuing a degree in Graphic Communications with a minor in Brand Communications. Currently a member of the Erwin Center for Brand Communications as a Graphic Designer for Cadency, a student-led agency at Clemson University. While working with Cadency, I manage the creative process from concept to completion, and guide all creative projects for Prisma Health Children’s Hospital. Responsibilities include brainstorming, developing, and executing unique ideas geared towards the brand, while maintaining their branding guidelines.During my studies, I have interned at a labeling, coding, and marking manufacturing company as a Prepress Intern. While I learned a lot of valuable lessons, I decided I wanted to go a different direction with my career. So, I declared a minor and I got involved in Brand Communications. My last internship was with Marleylilly, an e-commerce monogramming and personalization boutique based out of Greer, South Carolina as a Marketing + Social Media Intern. This internship showed me that I want to focus on sales, marketing, graphic design, and social media. I am passionate about creating engaging content, fresh ideas, and analytics that drive results. I enjoy brainstorming and designing thumb-stopping social media elements across all platforms. In my free time, I strive to stay ahead of the latest trends in social media, branding, and advertising. In addition, I am proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Overall, I am confident in my ability to participate in creative development, collaboration, and communication. Five words I would use to describe myself are: Resilient, Intentional, Creative, Ambitious, and Determined.
