Consulting Research Director @Good Natured Learning
As the consulting research director I work with the Children & Nature Network to identify and curate the peer-reviewed scientific literature that helps us understand the impact of nature contact on children\'s health, learning and development. I also serve as principle investigator of the National Science Foundation-funded project \"The Science of Nature-Based Learning Collaborative Research Network\". This project uses a \"Network Weaving\" approach to developing and sustaining an intentional network of researchers of diverse disciplines as well as members of education, museum, environmental education and philanthropy sectors. The Network aims to accelerate the pace of research on understanding the mechanisms of nature\'s impact on children\'s learning and educational outcomes.
