I Have Got This, helps individuals think differently by developing mental strength and resilience. Our training and coaching programmes build cognitive (thinking) habits that empower us to be our best selves on a daily basis. These habits are our mental muscle and are best built over time. Our approach is ‘little and often’, gradually building the long-lasting thought patterns that ensure ongoing success. Mindset is the key to success and the great news is that how we think and therefore react is all under our control. Successful or unsuccessful change is largely down to its people and after my work in Leadership, Talent and Development and implementing competency frameworks it led me to understand that it\'s predominantly mindset and attitude that either creates possibility or holds us back.
