As Founder of Herpes Wellness, I’ve created a space dedicated to education, empowerment, and support for people living with herpes and for those who want to better understand it. Rooted in my own journey of healing, my mission is to help others reclaim confidence, embrace self-love, and live fully without letting a diagnosis define them.What I do: Lead an online community designed to provide a safe, supportive space for connection and conversation. Create and share mind healing tools—including guided meditations, journaling practices, and emotional healing exercises—that support personal growth and self-acceptance. Host the Herpes Wellness Podcast and produce video content offering real talk, practical guidance, and empowerment. Write and speak openly about herpes to break down stigma and shift the narrative toward acceptance, empowerment, and freedom. Manage brand strategy, digital marketing, and engagement across multiple platforms to grow the Herpes Wellness movement.Impact:Through Herpes Wellness, I’m helping people stop shrinking their lives to fit their diagnosis and start showing up with confidence, courage, and authenticity.
