ABOUT CATHY COSTANTINI

As a MarCom Operations Team Leader at BD, a global leader in medical technology, I have over 15 years of experience in delivering impactful and engaging omnichannel campaigns and projects - digital, print, events - across multiple regions. I hold a Master\'s degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management, and I am fluent in English and French. I oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and vendors. I leverage my skills in digital marketing analytics, online marketing, and project management to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with the strategic objectives and brand guidelines of BD. Previously, I successfully managed multiple online and offline projects for BD\'s Diabetes Care division across 18 countries, from websites and social media to events and publications. I am passionate about learning new cultures and technologies, and I am motivated by BD\'s mission to advance the world of health and improve outcomes for patients and healthcare providers. I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to my team and the organization.
