Further, I am a Legal Nurse Consultant which I apply to the risk management portion of healthcare. As a certified Director of Nursing and Certified Quality Professional, I understand the importance of positive outcomes. Some of my responsibilities include consulting, policy development, regulatory compliance, clinical and financial compliance, public speaking/educating and proactive leadership. It is very rewarding to be part of a pro-active system for the advocacy of elders and those requiring post-acute care.
