I believe growth starts with people. When employees are supported, trained, and recognized, organizations and communities flourish. That belief has guided my career journey — one that began in a part-time clerical role at Cummins Facility Services in 2012 and has grown into my current role as Director of Marketing, Business Development, and Employee Relations.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building and leading departments that reshaped both our business strategy and our company culture. I founded the Marketing Department, transforming how we position ourselves in the marketplace, and I created the Cummins Cares Department, our first structured employee relations and training division. Today, that program provides role-based curriculum, leadership development, and recognition initiatives that strengthen retention and engagement across the company.I also served as Director of HR & Staffing, where I guided our team through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic by developing policies and processes that kept us compliant, operational, and connected. These experiences reinforced my belief that when systems and people are aligned, organizations can thrive even in the most difficult times.In my current role, I oversee Marketing, Business Development, and Cummins Cares, leading our expansion from a regional provider to a national and Canadian service partner. I direct strategies that grow client relationships and brand impact while also focusing on developing employees and building a positive workplace culture. I’m passionate about integrating AI-driven tools across marketing, training, and operations to improve efficiency, streamline communication, and deliver measurable results.Beyond Cummins, I am deeply committed to serving my community. I co-founded EmpowHER, a nonprofit dedicated to ending period poverty and building women’s health awareness, and I founded Psalm 139 Ministries, which provides free prom dresses to young women. I also lend my marketing expertise to Rhema Academy, a new Christian Classical Charter School, helping them launch their brand and grow awareness.At my core, I am passionate about building people, growing businesses, and creating lasting impact. Whether through employee development, organizational growth, or community service, I strive to lead with vision, innovation, and heart.
