STAFFING is more than a four plus decade career for me - it\'s my PASSION. I started my career in the placement industry in 1976 (the same year that the floppy disk was invented). I am as excited about the industry, customers and candidates as I was when I began. I love how the industry evolves based on client/candidates needs and our company is always looking for ways to improve service. I have founded and managed three (3) staffing firms and held management roles with two national staffing companies. After selling my 2nd staffing firm, I founded International Staffing University; myself and my team taught \"best practices\" to staffing professionals from all parts of the world and consulted with over 700 staffing firms. Since and until 10/2021, I held the role of President of CathyJon Enterprises, Inc. HB Staffing. We are 100% certified woman owned WBENC and WOSB. We specialize in placing a wide range of staffing and recruiting services to commercial businesses, public agencies and the state and federal government. From administrative personnel, call center, accounting, IT/engineering, legal/HR to management level to Election/ROV support, warehouse and select labor, we staff and recruit for businesses, municipalities/public agencies and government agencies (local, state and federal). We have offices located in Orange County (Huntington Beach), San Diego and Inland Empire. We are client centric and our # value is delivery of exceptional service.
