I am passionate about supporting teams through office administration, working with a diverse workforce, and maintaining operational efficiency through responsible oversight. I am a professional with versatile support experience, providing administrative support at all levels. With years of experience leading one or several offices, supervising managers and workspaces, I am can streamline processes to reduce costs. Additionally, I am well-versed in financial management, maintaining budgets, accounts payable, and controlling expenses in partnership with accounting departments. I adapt to new paradigms in technology and take on projects with full accountability. Office management is more than the location, or the resources found in a workspace: it is the space where new ideas are born, where we make great new relationships, and where we are the most productive. Managing the details of the office experience with an open and proactive philosophy has allowed me to serve others reliably while promoting a positive company culture.
